No one told me that the only way to get results was through the app. I received several text messages telling me to download the app after my visit but none of them explicitly said this was how to get my results or that the results were available. No one followed up with me by phone so after several days I called the site and they told me that they had reached out twice on the app and asked me why I hadn’t collected the medication from the pharmacy. I did get the medication that was prescribed the day of my visit but that was not the right prescription based on my diagnosis and no one called to let me know. I can download an app, but what about my elderly family members? They would have been waiting for results. This is an ineffective system and doesn’t meet your patients unique needs - even it saves you time or money

I am so grateful for Carbon Health. I was having severe asthma problems and Natalie was able to determine that I had asthma exacerbation. She took the time to explain the situation, treatments available, and tended to me with sincere care and kindness. Gretchen is also wonderful, the whole staff here are a great group. Scheduling last minute appointments are easy, I feel that I am in good hands here, thank you all so much.

Have used carbon a couple times and always fast and easy

I was scheduled for a 9 AM appointment (first one of the day for them) for a few pre-employment tests. I wasn’t seen until 9:50 despite being on time and filling out proper paperwork beforehand. I normally don’t complain to the front but I had to remind the medical assistant I was still here. I understand it is busy but almost an hour behind schedule is frustrating especially if I made an appointment.

Have been fighting a cold for a few days, and it turned into a sinus infection, accompanied with an eye infection. Made an appointment the same day. Office very clean, check in was so easy. Staff professional, was checked, evaluated and two prescriptions called into my pharmacy. Very pleased!

They saved me from a mean bladder infection and quickly, I am really grateful and they were also very kind and warm people. Thank you!

I was pleasantly surprised by how easy it was to navigate the app and schedule my appointment. The interface was user-friendly, making the whole process straightforward. When I arrived at the office, I was greeted by a modern and cool environment that immediately set a positive tone. The young gentleman at the front desk who checked me in was incredibly friendly and efficient, making me feel welcome right away. I didn't have to wait long at all, which was a bonus. Both practitioners who attended to me were knowledgeable and attentive, ensuring I felt comfortable and well-cared-for throughout my visit. Overall, it was a fantastic experience!
