Good local place if medical needs are not  critical. Better than an ER

Scheduling was easy, staff friendly and efficient, NP knowledgeable and caring.

After waiting 2.5hrs at another urgent care with no help, I found Carbon Health on Google. Looked at their website and found that I could schedule an appointment online. Booking was very simple. Showed 15 mins early thinking I had to do paperwork. Staff was awesome and very friendly. Doctor came in done his thing and was out withing 20 mins. Best place to go for any of your medical need. Thank you!

I was very disapointed at the check in with employee who was not friendly. We were there on time for my appointment but sat in the exam room until they saw all the other patients. When he finally got to me, he said he cannot do anything for a nose bleed that would not stop. Had I known that, I would have just driven down to the hospital where I could have been treated.  A big waste of my time and exposure to other peoples germs. Will think twice before going back to them

Was the best urgent care visit I’ve ever had. Staff was very courteous and professional. 0 cost and I was expecting something small. Will definitely visit again should the need arise. Definitely recommend.

Went in for infected toe, super easy to schedule, once there checkin was quick and seen very quickly too. Was checked and got an RX, I felt seen and heard and my concerns were addressed. Staff, doctors, everyone was great too! Never going to Kaiser urgent care again, this will be my first choice!

The staff was ok and still a lot of unnecessary waiting. I went there and got 1 test and walk out for 1.25 hrs. Have no prescribed medicine involved.

I had an appointment but someone who walked in did not and was served first before me. It’s pointless to make an appointment and not be served first.
