I went for a COVID test today, August 30. From the time I arrived until the actual test itself was approximately 1 hour. The staff was very nice and efficient. Ann did the actual testing and was so kind and compassionate. When she was done she actually said 'hope you feel better'. It may not seem like much, but to me it means a lot when someone actually cares. A few kind words go such a long way and really mean a great deal when you are not feeling well. I highly recommend this location and staff!

This is the only urgent care in the area that requires a credit card on file. They refuse to provide assistance or see you unless you sign away a paper stating they can bill you the uncovered costs after 24 hours of sending you an email notifying you of the charge. The standard is to send a bill to your home address so you can also compare to your insurance EOB. In a system rife with hidden fees and surprise charges, this policy makes it impossible to use standard tools protect yourself while seeking medical care. If you are desperate enough to want to go to them despite this, you may want to consider an ER. If your insurance screws up, or they screw up, this bypasses new laws and protections requiring the medical provider and insurance provider to mediate and settle on outstanding payments. Under their policy, they are happy to skip their responsibility or refuse to wait for you to settle the confusion with insurance and instead bill you for "oustanding balances". Again, if you are that desperate to sign these forms regardless, go to an ER. At least there, you have a chance to get any mistakes sorted out should insurance or the medical provider screw up.

Urgent Care in North Easton ripped me off! I went in for care on January 20th. I paid $276 as I had no health insurance. I went back on January 22 as I needed additional care and I paid another $200. I thought I paid everything I needed to pay. At the end of February I received another bill for $677. I was billed this additional $677 for the same services. I was actually billed twice. I have perfect credit therefore, I had to pay it to keep my credit excellent.
