Care for Kids, Urgent Care - Willowbrook

We had a great experience. They were able to get my daughter in quickly, the staff was very friendly, and the provider took the time to check her ears and clean out the heavy wax buildup. Everything was explained clearly and we were taken card quickly. Definitely recommend this location.

Scheduling was a little hassle since I have been here plenty of times my information should still be in the system. Check-in was easy and wait time was probably like minutes...Staff were all nice and professional and the care was informative

We were able to check in online so the wait time was less than 10 minutes. The nurse was really friendly, the nurse practitioner was lovely. The only thing I was a little put off by was the attitude of the front desk person. She was short with her answers, a little rude almost during the minimum interaction that was had. However, this is a first, the people we’ve seen at the front have always been welcoming.

Doctor and staff are amazing! I highly recommend this office to anyone with little children. They are very patient, caring, and gentle with the kids. You can truly tell they care about their patients. The service and care are the best!

It was very easy to make an appointment and we were called back quickly. Since it was after hours, I could not see my regular pediatrician but she suggested a certain shot to take care of a rash. The provider at Care for Kids only prescribed a topical ointment. The rash is finally starting to get under control 4 days later. I also requested a culture taken of the skin and it showed no growth, but there is definitely something there.

The entire staff is incredible! Everyone is kind, professional, and attentive. The care and service are excellent, and Monica is absolutely wonderful. She is very caring, helpful, and makes you feel comfortable and well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I love this place. Everyone is friendly, doctors are great and many times much more helpful than my kids pediatricians. I’ve had to wait a while a few times but most of the time the wait time is pretty short.

Love that they could do a molecular strep in office and save us 3 days of waiting on a culture.  They took time to explain what was happening to my very upset daughter and to reassure her that she was going to be ok.

The appointment and check in was easy. The staff we encountered were friendly and personable.

My oldest son gotten sick and BJ at the front desk was very kind. The wait time is never too long.
