I waited 35 minutes with no patients ahead of me (50 minutes total; there were two who were seen and then left within 15 minutes). The receptionist was very kind and helpful. Once I went back, I saw Quan James Wang, a RN/FNP with a PhD in...animal physiology, who recommended acupuncture to treat my extremely inflamed lower back. He said it would "unblock my chi." I wish I were making this up. That's the last time I will ever go to Urgent Care.
