Don’t be Fooled. If you check in on line you are still NOT in the queue until you arrive at the facility. The webpage and the text sent would have you believe that you are, but you’re not. They don’t put you in line until you’ve paid. So after waiting at home for an hour, I received a text telling me, “we're ready for you to come in - please proceed to the registration desk at Parker to finalize your registration. We'll see you soon!” You‘re still not in the queue. I chose this location because I was deceived into believing that the wait would be shorter than if I just showed up. It isn’t. The online registration is purely for their convenience not yours.

I had to finally post a review, this is my 3rd visit and the last one. The doctors are good but the overall service is Very slow, sluggish and nothing about here is urgent, the average wait time can be anywhere between 2 to 4 hours after you have checked online. Today I am waiting for more than three and a half hours just to get someone to check on me. If you are looking for urgent care, don't place any hopes on this urgent care.

Do not use the web check-in. It is self admittedly not what it seems and doesn’t do anything to reduce your wait time at the facility. I put myself on the waiting list at 8 am saying I would be available anytime after 10 am. I printed off the forms as it said would speed it up more when I arrived at the clinic after they call me to tell me to come. After not receiving a call at after 11 am (2hours later) I called. Hannah answered the phone and said she tried calling me earlier. I did not have a missed call in my phone so I asked what number she called me at. Hannah would not tell me what number she called instead said I must have had a new iPhone that has a spam sensor and won’t allow her calls. “Androids do the same thing” according to Hannah. She said but glad that I called because wanted to know what I was needing to be seen for. Once I told her she said to come in and fill out paperwork which I said I already did when I registered online. She said I still had to fill out paperwork and could do while I waited and the wait isn’t too bad only about an hour. I said wait I already registered and it says I will be called when the clinic is ready for me to come in. She said that’s not how it works and that the system is flawed. I still have to wait. It’s not right because this wasted 2 hours when I could have been seen somewhere else in that time. I would recommend 20 Mile Urgent Care across from Walmart. Stay away from CareNow and go somewhere else.
