DO NOT USE THEM, THEY ARE A FINANCIAL FRAUD, they try to double charge insurance, or workers compensation, they never send receipts since the payments are made by workers compensation and they try to have your medical insurance to charge them and the client also with unjustified co-payments, and they lie about the total payments, even when you pay in full, to charge you more and more, and when you think you paid everything in full they keep coming up with more payments for the same process where your receipt says you paid in full, and they try to charge you for bills that are fully covered by workers compensation.
