Waited in the lobby with 90 year old mother who has a broken arm and not very mobile . Told to go home and they would call us so we could right in. After getting home in 5 min we were called to come back. Got back waited 30 min later we were placed in a room. Sat in room 20 min All this for a COVID-19 test that needed to be done stat. With online appointment for 5:30 test not taken till 7 pm NEVER going back there again.

Do not go there! My first experience was a pleasure back in January. My second visit was not as nice. The nurse that did my COVID Swab was friendly, however the individual at check in was rude. I went in for a third time and there were 4-5 of the staff Congregating at check in. Unprofessional, rude and unwelcoming. I’m a nurse, and I went there to hopefully see a Dr. I was shunned and dismissed. Do yourself a favor, don’t go there if you’re having a health issue! As a medical professional it was disheartening to see the lack of Empathy!
