Never again. I along with ONE other patient sat and waited in a room for over an hour... just to see a NURSE, who checked my vitals... not including my BP or anything. Then another HOUR later another nurse comes and says everything looks good.. HOW?? Then asks why I didn’t have any tests ran.. hmm??? Maybe because your staff FORGOT. Now they’ve charged my card in a week for different amounts. Save your time and go to the ER

Can only contact them through their call center. Woman laughed and took pleasure in our frustration for her lack of providing us with needed information. Could not believe how unprofessional and rude she was. Called back call center and received the same rude treatment again. Extremely poor health care. Shame on Carewell! Would not recommend Framingham facility.

Web site has wrong hours listed. My husband rushed over at 7 PM (after seeing the website said open until 8 PM) and it was closed. REALLY? Change your web page information, people.

I will never go to this Urgent care again!!! They really don't know what they are doing & they never have a real doctor only nurse practitioner..You better ask who you are seeing doctor or a nurse..

Why would you only have one doctor at all times on duty during a cold and flu season? That just doesn’t make sense. If there was an option to pick a “zero” star for waiting time, I’d choose that one.
