The front staff is very unprofessional, does not treat patients with respect. They are loud, obnoxious and only talk about their personal lives in front of patients. They were busy ordering lunch before helping with patients in front of patients. They were discussing personal lives and matter in an open space and had no reservations for anyone else’s. They were unhelpful. When you finish registering please go up to them and tell them you are DONE. They will not call your name. I cannot unrecommend this place enough. If you have urgent matters please defer to another urgent care or ED.
