I was shocked that during my physical that I wasn’t given a breast exam and I thought you got a Pap smear once a year - I also asked the nurse practitioner to look at my ear. I feel like I’ve always had a doctor look at my ears when I do a physical nor did she look at my throat. The checkout guy, person that took my vitals and the blood lady were great

I recently had blood work done at this clinic, and while the doctor was excellent—kind, helpful, and patient in answering all of my questions—the blood work itself was unfortunately quite painful. It was one of the more uncomfortable experiences I’ve had. Additionally, the appearance and professionalism of the assistant/interns left something to be desired. Their attire didn’t seem appropriate for a clinical setting, which made the experience feel less professional overall. I hope this aspect improves, but I do appreciate the care and attention provided by the doctor.

After intermittent bouts of stomach pain I decided to check in with Carolina Primary Care. Pleasantly surprised to get an appointment online in just a couple hours. Check-in easy.  Staff, as always, professional and made me feel at ease. Have always felt confident and comfortable with Dr B and her staff.

I had an infected cyst for a few days and it got swollen pretty bad. I could not make any doctor appointments since several places did not have anything available for weeks. My mother used Apollo Urgent Care for her health checkups so I figured the staff would help me figure out how to heal the cyst. The scheduling was very easy and stress free; check-ins do not have long wait times. The technician was quick and to the point, making sure she caught every detail about my problem. The doctor was very knowledgeable and explained what she prescribed for me. I highly recommend this clinic.

I love Carolina Primary Care/Apollo Urgent Care, their staff and ease of scheduling. The only thing I don't like is waiting ~30-45 min after my appointment start time almost every visit. I've been late returning to work, and other plans because my time at the office is always longer than expected.
