The doctors who I saw were wonderful they listened and were extremely caring. The only issue I found was I was there 45 minutes due to the receptionist having a typo on my insurance info when she entered it. Mistakes happen, however i had to jump through hoops to ensure I gave her the right information. Had she really looked at the information she types as I read it to her 3 or 4 times and then the care provider on speaker asked her to repeat back the number did she realize her mistake. It's not the mistake that was the issue it was her not listening and not even apologizing for her over sight. After that I was seen within minutes. Other then that the experience was very pleasant.
