everyone was great. in and out with in 45 min. with prescription. scheduling on line was easy.

Was bitten by a tick and made an appointment for the next morning to get a prophylactic antibiotic all in the same evening. I really didn’t have to wait long at all and the bedside manner of the PA was wonderful. She was so knowledgeable and you could tell that she really keeps up to date with new medical literature which is really important.

The staff were all very attentive from the receptionist to the PA who attended me.  We were able to solve my issue and I was sent on my way with a prescription to resolve my issue.   Very pleased with the attention and care received.

Twisted my knee and was able to schedule an appointment online. No waiting time it was great. April was super attentive and helpful!  I am definitely recommend this urgent care! My doctor was very friendly and took time to explain and listen to my concerns.

The only reason I’m giving a 2 starts for bedside manner & staff friendliness because there were two amazing nurses in the beginning of my interaction there. I wish I would’ve gotten their names. Unfortunately after one of the nice nurses I interacted with took me back into the room , I heard a third nurse complaining about having to stay after 5pm. I made an appt for 4:30. She said several other rude things which made me uncomfortable to the point I grabbed my bag, opened the door and asked for a refund on my copay. The initial two nurses were very apologetic, although they played no part in the negativity I experienced. The third nurse, however, “felt bad” and expressed “she didn’t know I could hear her” .. if you’re going to say rude things maybe not do them within earshot of a patient room or find a profession where you actually enjoy working and won’t be upset if your Saturday plans are a little late. I left very shaken and unseen. Which is very unfortunate because up until that moment I had a great experience.
