I was able to book an appointment on the same day. My wait time was no more than five minutes. Nikita, the PA, was wonderful and the nurse who dressed my wound was very nice and gentle. I will definitely go back there again, if needed!

I had an easy time with scheduling. Once entering the office, checking in wasn’t very clear and it took a while for someone to come help me. It took a long time to get my results back and the PA to come in and see me, to explain my X-rays. However, I had a really horrible time after. The nurses came in to splint me and I asked to see my X-ray then because all they were sending me home with was a CD for ortho. They explained they could not without any real backing to why. I find it very unprofessional and inappropriate that I could not see MY medical information, especially without any good reason. I’m very upset and honestly debate ever coming back. The nurse told me that she couldn’t even see on the picture so I wouldn’t even be able to either. Although this might be true she should not have said that and it wouldn’t even matter if I could or couldn’t read it, it was still my medical information to have. Imagine someone being told there’s a mass that could possibly be cancer and then the provider not allowing them to see this mass. I feel very disappointed in my care and had a really bad time.

The PA was not thorough at all. I felt very dismissed and like she had one foot out the door for the 5 minutes that she was with me. She said okay we’ll get blood work and a swab then left the room. I stayed in the gown in the room waiting for someone to do the swab like she said. She came back and said no I said blood work. Then after I got the blood work they put me back in the room to perform the swab on myself?? How do I know if I’m doing it right and getting accurate results.

What kind of urgent care can't do IVs?  The provider I saw did not offer me any medication or any treatment suggestions for my migraine with nausea.  I was given a handout about headaches.

Woke up with a terrible sore throat. Was easily able to book an appointment. They were right on schedule and I was in and out quickly. Excellent service and care. Would highly recommend.

Waste of my time and money. Provider unable to give me any more diagnosis than I already knew coning in, and no therapy only a referral paper for me to arrange my own appointment (which I could have done without coming in) if the provider would have just admitted that she wasn’t going to be able to help. Also there was mold dripping out of the faucet.

waited 45 min then after appointment they didn’t send prescription to pharmacy and now office is closed so have to wait till morning. very inconvenient

I’ve come to this location multiple times and it’s been great. This time, no one introduced themselves. The provider walked in and just gave a diagnosis. It was very cold. I didn’t really care for the care this time.

Scheduling was very easy. Check-in was a breeze. I was seen very quickly. I was told what seemed to be the problem, that two prescriptions were going to be called in and I should start feeling better in a couple days.  All good! Unfortunately, that information wasn’t quite as accurate or specific as it might’ve been. My family and I went back-and-forth with the Pharmacy all afternoon about whether or not both prescriptions had been filled. Finally, around 6 o’clock we just gave up and picked up the one that was already available. I also called your office to make sure both prescriptions had been called in. I discovered that the second prescription was simply Mucinex. Something that’s easily picked up over-the-counter. This was never made clear to me while I was in the clinic so there was a lot of time and phone calls wasted by several people over this one little piece of information, or lack thereof. My only request would be that in the future your folks give very specific information to patients who are already there because they feel like crap and don’t need to spend an afternoon making multiple phone calls about a prescription that really wasn’t a prescription.  Sadly, this also delayed getting the antibiotics by hours because we didn’t wanna have to make two trips to the pharmacy.

I woke up this morning with hives from an over the counter cough medicine. I was in and out within 30 minutes. I would recommend this Urgent Care office.
