My wife & I have used CCHC Urgent Care several times over the last ten years The experience has always been good Wait times were usually no longer than with my regular appointments with a Doctor's office When they initiated the Online Appointment took,it got dramatically better than my appointment with our Doctors. While they have delivered excellent care,on my last visit they went even further than usual. PA Graham, along the caring nurses that answered the phone opened the doors, checked me in were superb.

Made online appointment and seen within hours. Had lab tests, xray, and ekg all done on site. Doctors and staff are knowledgeable and so kind. I felt confident about their expertise and professionalism with regard to my illness. I would highly recommend this facility.

The Staff was very professional and friendly. I felt very comfortable with the Covid 19 precautions they had in place. My wait was minimal and was given a appointment within three hours of my initial call. Upon arrival I was checked in by my scheduled appointment and then seen by Pam the nurse, Maggie (Intern) and NP Prentis Gross. Everyone was caring, listened, courteous and treated me with respect. This was my first visit to this practice as my primary care Dr. could not see me. I was very impressed and would not hesitate to return if I needed to. As I was checking out someone was being very rude to the receptionist. She handled this situation with respect and she was very calm trying to defuse this patients anger. Well your efforts were well noticed by me. I don't think I would have been so kind! Thank you everyone at CCHC for your exceptional, friendly, knowledgeable care.

Marcus Hodges is the most amazing Physician I have met in my 33 year nursing career! He saw my son Colten King twice this week! He's amazing and took great care of my son who is a type 1 diabetic! Thank you sincerely for your concern and expert care! I pray he sees this post! Does he take on patient's as a pcp? Truly amazing! Thank you so much! His nurse also amazung! Being a nurse it means so much to hear this!
