I went in today because I was experiencing different kinds of symptoms. I noted all of them doing check-in doing my triage. I was told I had to pick which one I wanted to be seen for because of insurance reasons I can only be seen for one complaint so I had to choose between getting seen for respiratory issues or pain in my back in my hips. Overall, the nurse practitioner was very knowledgeable and helpful downside is I have to go back the next day for something that could’ve been treated the same day or go somewhere else FYI I did call my insurance company. It was sold that that wasn’t one of their policies. There was no limit on how many medical issues urgent care could see me for.

wait time was short easy to fill out paperwork and staff was very professional

Went there because my gyn wasn't at the main office what I love about you all the care and the speed of getting us moved Thur there fast but professionally I want to change site and find care at the main urgent care in the old st Elizabeth hospital on my bus line and access to the mini mall up the street from this main hospital.

The staff are the best never had a bad review. My wait time was good I was in nd out

All the staff was very pleasant. No complaint here with able to be seen and got done what I need to get done.

I had a slip and fall a few days prior and had gone to another urgent care where I didn't feel see nor heard. Well that wasn't the experience here the doctor who's name i can't recall at this moment was a godsend. I had been anxious and unsure about the worker's compensation process and she practically gave me a blueprint. I asked for xrays to ensure there were no broken bones and again she obliged. It was like night and day from my other urgent care experience. The only thing I would say is the air conditioning is always on freezing like inhumane cold. When I left is was colder in the building than it was outside and it was cold outside. Otherwise, the tech and doctors were amazing. It happened to be busy just after I arrived so many staffing with more doctors so as not to burn out the good ones and to ensure they'll return would be best.

I was congested and coughing, so I decided to go to Urgent Care. The staff is always humble and they really take care of the patients. This is my go to spot when I'm sick and don't need the emergency room. I will recommend them.
