Excellent care and positive experience all around! Didn't have an appointment; the wait time was nominal. Treated with the utmost respect and professionalism.

Today I visited Cedar Hill Urgent Care with my daughter, and our experience was absolutely five stars from beginning to end. I was able to schedule her appointment online ahead of time, and when we arrived on time, the staff was already prepared to begin the check-in and treatment process. Our wait was less than 15 minutes, and her vitals were taken promptly and professionally. The provider who came in was thorough, attentive, and did an excellent job explaining what was going on and what we could expect. Her test results also came back in a timely manner, which I really appreciated. Overall, everything about our visit was a 10 out of 10. The staff was professional, efficient, and caring, and I am especially proud to see this level of quality healthcare and service available right here on the east side of the river. The beautiful security young lady was an angel as always. The medical staff was professional and knowledgeable. The Dr is still questionable. I don't know if was tired or she didn't want to be at work. She was absolutely helpless for my stomach issues. The 5 stars doesn't include the doctor. I haven't seen her on my other visits and won't be upset if I never see her again. The center is an excellent choice to go to.

Been having painful swelling in my lower leg. Was prescribed antibiotics it didn’t help. Was instructed to go to the ER for a procedure.  I would recommend this provider she was knowledgeable and warm. I wish she was my primary physician

I enjoy the fact that they ask questions and are willing to help in any way possible. They help diagnose my problems that my primary care physician couldn’t or didn’t. I appreciate the staff

The dr wasn’t very comforting. She looked at my throat from about 2/3 feet away. As if she was afraid to get close to me. I sat in the back room over an hour fifteen mins before seeing the doctor. I left there not feeling like I got any answers about what was going on With me. Just go home and let it run its course. If you feel worst go to the ER or make an appointment to see my primary care. Total complete waste of time.
