The staff were all so nice ! It was empty so no wait time , the place is very clean and smell nice .

The NP who saw me examined my face without gloves which was uncomfortable. Additionally, I reported that the area was painful and she was pretty rough when examining it. The RN was friendly and kind and seemed to genuinely care about my wellness and comfort. Things moved at a reasonable pace from check-in to discharge. I would come back if I needed urgent care again.

I feel like the doctor really didn’t take in to consideration what my need was when i came in. I came in for relief of my severe cough and I don’t have that.

I was able to walk in and be seen but unfortunately they couldn’t help me and had to refer me to the emergency room. I would definitely recommend going here for some quick issues.

Came in with a sinus infection, and was seen in a timely fashion. The doctor was knowledgeable and patience.

Visit urgent care a couple of times and I have never been more than a hour. Everyone was kind and sufficient. My needs where met. I would recommend

I wasn’t able to get everything that was wrong with me looked at and I’m still in pain from the other thing I couldn’t get looked at because it had nothing to do with the first problem smh 🤦🏾‍♀️

I am not easily impressed but I was very impressed on yesterday. Sometimes you go to urgent care without an appointment and can be there for a minute. The way they attended to everyone and the accuracy in which they did it left me impressed. Even the security guard was helping and they usually just sit there. She was engaged with the people. Making sure everyone was okay until we were called to the back. I thank God for my community have a efficient place we can go when sick. Thank you for your service and God bless! Woke head hurting & body full of congestion walked into Ceder Hill. Was seeing treated, diagnosed & on my way to get my medication all in one hour. Which is simply unbelievable if I ever have any other issues Ceder Hill is where I'm going to great service.
