This appointment was a waste of time. It was not a teledoc appointment and the person would not use his camera. So he could not properly diagnose what was wrong and told me to go to an urgent care facility. Never again.

Woke up with very bad abdominal pain went straight to urgent care and they took very good care of me. Everybody was so helpful and nice. Very good communication. This is always my go to place whenever feeling sick and need to be seen asap ! I recommend coming here !

Staff were very nice and informative. I was able to make a same day appointment. We were in and out within 20 mins

Never saw a doctor !! Clinic is unprofessional I never got to see a doctor.

I receive the video call appointment and I ask for a doctors note after guy nurse said no it’s only for in person only. Waited almost an hour too. I know my insurance got charge for “online appointments “

They better not change my insurance either how you accept virtual visits but tell me I need to come in to the clinic????

What is the point of a virtual Visit if they want you to come in the clinic! If I was able to make it in I would!! Literally left me suffering in pain with a very high fever and wouldn't prescribe me anything unless I came in! Why the hell would you want someone that has the Flu to even come in spreading it to other people. This place is worthless! They literally hung up on my face when I said I can't make it in and I just wanted something for my cough. I wouldn't recommend booking with this place they waste your time and just tells you to come in! This place needs to be kicked off this site. Why take virtual appointments to tell someone to come in???? Would not recommend

Started the appointment telling the provider I had obvious signs of strep throat. She asked me a million questions just to tell me I would need to come in I didn’t feel well enough to drive but to waste my time in an obvious attempt for money is unethical you should have stated that in the beginning!! Would never recommended. Another telehealth provider saw me through video unlike this provider and gave me exactly what I needed. Would never recommend.
