Chai Urgent Care is phenomenal. The girls and the staff are EXCELLENT, especially Hendy. The provider today on Tele Health was understanding, kind, professional and attentive. They saved me a major problem! I appreciate you all!!

Never got seen after 45 plus minutes and get delayed. No other eta.

Walked in and was taken right away!  Front desk staff and Physicians are very caring and accommodating.

I picked up the zpack yesterday but they don’t carry the cough medicine and it still hasn’t been called in to my pharmacy, when I called the clinic they says they are waiting on the provider. Someone please call it in

I had my first video visit. Not used to that but all went well. I like the idea of not having to leave my home. Everyone involved was very kind and helpful. I would recommend this type of doctors visit. Great experience. Check-in was ok. I had a few problems and couldn’t find anyone to ask seeing as how it was in the evening. That’s the only thing I wasn’t crazy about. It was the time of the visit. But it was the first and I wasn’t sure about the scheduling. Thank you.

I don’t have the energy to move let alone go to a doctors office. The wait was minimal and my doctor was amazing. The doctor was kind and listened to me. She proscribed me meds I’m praying make me feel better!
