If I could give negative stars I would. My 18 year old daughter visited this place twice for lower abdominal pain. The physician said she would be contacted by a facility to administer an ultrasound. (A week later still has not been contacted.) She was told to return if the pain persisted. The second visit my daughter dealt with a woman by the name of Rebecca. VERY unprofessional to say the least. This was during the COVID-19 pandemic so she could not have anyone in attendance with her. My daughter complained of the abdominal pain that she has had for 3 days now. She was laughed at because “they could not no anything for her there.” Acted as if she was complaining over nothing. Laughed at again when my daughter suggested that her symptoms were that of appendicitis. This woman was beyond rude, condescending, and very hateful to my daughter. She did not help her, recommend or refer her to another facility that COULD help her. My child felt helpless and alone. Meanwhile I was googling other places for her to go. Thank God she went across the street to Presbyterian Santa Fe Medical Center. After an ultrasound and CT scan it was determined that my daughter had a cyst on her ovary along with appendicitis. She had excellent care from Pres. beginning to end. She had surgery the very next morning. They took out her appendix and the cyst ruptured during surgery. They are extremely lucky my daughter did not suffer any long term damage or worse due to the negligence of this person. Something needs to be done to a person with such poor bedside manner and poor ethics that are employed in this healthcare facility. Such behavior should NOT BE TOLERATED, this negligence could’ve cost my child her life! *we are not from Santa Fe, we live 2 hours away. My daughter was in quarantine with a friend’s family when our state went into lockdown.
