My husband took my mother in on several occasions when he was in AZ to move her to a care facility and the staff were wonderful. We live in NC and I have spoken with the doctors at the Cigna Medical Center on my mother's behalf and they have been the absolute best. Being responsible for her care from long distance, they have been more than helpful, responsive and easy to work with in a challenging situation Very appreciative........

I have Cigna insurance. I do everythiing I can at one Cigna location; 91st ave and Thunderbird. 5 stars to all staff from Urgent Care to Primary Care, to Labs. Everyone is friendly and professional. When I go to Urgent care, which I have done several times, the wait time is minutes. When i call any department a real person answers. They are always helpful.

My mom went in for SOB on Thursday 1/11/2024 at approximately 2:45p. The woman at reception was immediately rude to her because my mom was unable to speak due to you know, not being able to breathe. She told my mom to calm down, and refused to check her in until she was calm enough. Then was irritated that she had to take a manual BP since my mom was fidgeting during the electric BP… come to find out her O2 was 91 (extremely low for her). My mom has never experienced SOB like this and was terrified, so to go seek treatment and be met with this unprofessional, lazy, pathetic excuse of a medical assistant was abhorrent to say the least. At the end of her visit the pathetic MA came in and delivered an even more pathetic apology, claiming she thought it was an overreaction on my mom’s part. As a medical professional myself, I’m appalled that this woman is not trained on signs and symptoms of SOB, bedside manner, nor does she possess any compassion. She should absolutely not be working in this field and with the public. All other staff at this location on that day were very kind and efficient.
