What patients are saying...

I found the young woman up front very rude. I asked why my credit card is needed when the service I’m getting doesn’t require payment, I won’t be coming back to this facility and she states it’s protocol. I asked for deets and got the same response. If something like always taking a patients credit card and photo copying it is protocol they need to state why. I was simply getting a Covid test I have insurance which I provided and she stated they still need to have a card on file. Why?!?!? Make it make sense.

Actual care (virtual visit) & testing (in person) was fine, but there were definite issues w/ the app integration/sharing of info btwn Solv & the Urgent Care staff/office. The confirmation email for my virtual appt provided a link to "join video visit" but no indication that this had to be done on my phone, so when i joined the virtual waiting list at the specified 15mins-before-appt timing they recommended it apparently wasn't visible to the office staff. after 20mins of not progressing through the line (& several texts providing the same link that i had clicked on my laptop browser) i called the Urgent Care office & was told they couldn't "see" me in the waiting room so i should try on my phone... thankfully that worked! my actual appt was great, i spoke w/ a nice knowledgeable practitioner, & i made an appt w/ her for my actual testing to be done at 1pm the following day. the next morning, i received a text asking me to confirm/sign in for my *9:15am* appt - i responded clarifying that i had requested a 1pm slot, & received a reply text apologizing & stating that i should disregard any messages related to an *11:50am* appt... this level of confusion around appt schedules is not encouraging. i also pre-paid my co-pay by adding my card info on the website, & confirmed via text that there would be no additional fee - however when i arrived i was informed they needed my card again & that the systems were different so the payment info i had input online wasn't actually accessible to the office staff. they also had trouble running my card & requested a different one, which i pushed back on & they were subsequently able to successfully use the card i provided. i rarely leave reviews, & i want to be clear that the practitioners (& office staff) aren't at fault, but the way the appointment information + card records are being handled currently leaves a LOT to be desired, & i can't say i would recommend using this Urgent Care unless it was a walk-in visit that avoided the website/app entirely.

It was a good experience, but no one told me that it would take more than 3 days to get my covid test results so I had to cancel my flight and pay extra fees. Not happy at all.
