We had some glitch with the video call, otherwise 10/10. Jojo is a great NP, caring and supportive. Mika at the front desk was super helpful as well! Love the ease of city doc!

Scheduling the appointment was super easy. The virtual check in process was a little clunky in the beginning. Jojo the PA I saw was great and super friendly.

Dr. Rai was wonderful! Very easy process and it was very helpful on a very busy day.

The video call was great - I was able to keep working right up to the call.  The NP was great - knowledgeable, helpful, sorted out a plan fast.  I really. Appreciate it.

Thank you to the caring NP at city doc that helped me today.  It takes days/ weeks for see my normal doctors and it is a comfort to know city doc has kind, caring professionals that can see you same day and virtually without having to miss work.

I was a week into a new job with the worst sinus pain I've had ever. I was able to schedule online, had a very productive consult and my meds were ready at my pharmacy by the time I drove home.

The care received on the video consult was very good but scheduling is not easy. Could be due to dealing with 3 URLs just to set up the appointment - city doc, solvhealth, and prompt to download Follow my health app.

Prompt, professional, courteous care.  So much more convenient to attend the appointment via view rather than in-person.

The nurse practitioner on duty at Inwood today on Sunday, April 13 was wonderful.  She was informative and friendly and so helpful.  I feel better just for getting on a course of treatment and the process being easy and helpful
