My provider seemed rude and also not very educated on my issue. She walked into the room and declared that I had poison ivy when I’ve been recovering from surgery for over a week and haven’t been outdoors.  She also rolled her eyes about a baby crying next-door and made a comment about how babies are just generally annoying.  I do not think a doctor should be annoyed by any patients for having pain and I found it to be extremely callous that she would just roll her eyes about a baby crying when she’s in the job of trying to help people

I didn’t have an appointment because your app is not user friendly. I just went in and waited 2.5 hours. VERY friendly staff. The girl that helped me had me laughing. The room I was in needed attention. Baseboard off the wall etc. looked like it had been damage. Your overall appearance, especially for a medical office could improve.
