Why did you close the Montclair site? Open only on Wednesday for dermatology? Not good. People need urgent care. Not once a week. Open back up

Woke up and my eyes were swollen. I immediately, scheduled an appointment, was the first one. I arrived 5 minutes late, so I checked in via the app.  I was seen within 20 minutes. Patience is a virtue and a must when you go to inside and not virtual. I don’t get upset.  My concerns were listened to and addressed. I’m doing much better today. No allergic reactions. I will continue to use this facility for all my needs that I can’t address with my PCP. Such a wonderful staff, during week and on the weekend🫶🏾

Seen for L ear pain. ? Ear infection? Also wearing L shoulder immobilizer for recent major shoulder surgery. MD couldn’t see the TM. So lubricated the canal. But due to Difference in height, she kept leaning against my L shoulder while trying to remove wax. VERY painful to shoulder ! Finally requested that she send me home with oral antibiotic plus more lubricant. She also added antibiotic ear drops, topical steroid , anti-fungal ear drops, and Oxycodone for  shoulder pain. Pharmacist wouldn’t fill opioid b/c no diagnosis code to support it, and MD’s license had a “precaution” note attached. Total appt took > 1 hr !

I had a great experience. The staff was nice and knowledgeable. I was taken care of and was in and out in a timely manner. Booked online only 30 minutes in advance (which was super convenient). Seen quickly when I arrived. Greta experience and would highly recommend it! Thank you.

Came down with an eye infection and my doctor's office was unable to schedule me for a week, so I chose CityHealth urgent care as an alternative. Scheduling was easy online, and my experience onsite was excellent. Received a diagnosis and was prescribed a medication to address the problem, and was out within 20 minutes. The pharmacy had a question about an alternative medication, and the CityHealth doctor responded quickly. I can recommend CityHealth for your urgent care needs and will gladly return the next time I need urgent care.

Waited an hour and never was seen. I made an appt. Got there early. And left 30 min past my appt time. Staff should really manage time better.

I was able to schedule online but they didn’t have my appointment in their system when I came in. They made up for it by getting me in promptly though. I was seen quickly and given the diagnosis I expected it. Some test results came through but the link wasn’t working. They were able to resend the results after I called them. So overall, the people aspect went well but they need to work on their technology.

Showed up at 11:30am for my 11:30am appointment with Dr Higgins. Got put in a room at around 11:55am. Nurse took my vitals and left. I left at 12:55pm having never seen the doctor. No one came around to tell me anything. I had another appointment at 1:45pm in Walnut Creek. I waited thinking there is no way you'd let me sit there for 90 minutes, but that is what happened. Shameful.

This urgent care is incredible. Kind and efficient reception. EXCELLENT bedside manner from both physicians (PA and Dermatologist) that saw us—knowledgeable and kind. Wait time maybe 30 seconds? Honestly, I have never experienced a more pleasant urgent care in my 50 years of living! I would highly recommend this clinic!! Top-notch!
