I've had good experiences with this place in the past but man today was it sub par. I came in because of pain in my inner ear and in my throat for a week. There were no other symptoms so maybe some sort of bacterial or viral infection. I was expecting a bacterial infection of some kind to be quite honest. The least they should have done for my $15 dollar copay was ask me some questions, look at my chart for previous visits, give a proper exam, and hand me a Covid Rapid Test to take. A PCR would have been nice too. But the doctor came in and asked me two questions. Nothing thorough or even seemingly interested and then made a bizarrely brief and half hearted look into my ears and throat. Didn't feel my throat or check my lymph nodes or even show concern and he goes "Yeah *shrug* probably post nasal drip due to a viral infection" He offered me "a rinse." Which I can get anywhere over the counter. When I was sick with Mononucleosis back in January they gave me a thorough examination and it was a typical internist's exam. Today was just strangely lazy. I mean at the least couldn't they have given me a Covid Rapid test or a PCR if they thought it was viral?

$225 for a standard office visit? Just robbing people. Terrible. Go to prompt md, only $125!

They said my insurance wouldn’t cover. No problem i said, just tell me the out of pocket. $225. No problem. I said stop making it complicated, i will pay out of pocket. Very abusive. They continued on an on. This was my own experience besides the dozen others that were also being verbally abused by the receptionist. There is no cause for concern for anyone that enters that facility.

Horrible experience. The white female at the desk ask for my ID and insurance card. I gave her my license and told her I didn't have my physical insurance card because I have an electronic copy, like A LOT OF PEOPLE. This lady says to me well we don't take Medicaid ... I never mentioned Medicaid. I actually told her Aetna. I then said no I have Aetna. The lady says again but LOUDLY "we don't take Aetna Medicaid " Not why does this lady assume I have federal funded insurance when I told her I don't. Ma'am I have PRIVATE insurance and at this point either way you are inappropriate. Then the other lady at the desk is so unprofessional and just loud. She comes and stands next to me like on top of me, 6 FEET PLEASE. She says I'm taking you to your room. She proceeds to take me into a room that already had a family in the room and I said do you want me to go in there she says yes have a seat. WHAT?!? I said to her what is happening. She thought I was their family member... what the hell. Then the Doctor wanted me to have COVID so bad. I told her I just got a negative, are there no other illnesses. Really. No help. Anyway. Just all around unprofessional, unorganized and needs training in biases and racism. I'll never come back.

Just left Urgent Care in Bayonne at 830am Monday morning. They turned us down because they have reached capacity for Covid testing. No one was in the lobby. This place is an Urgent Care but if you cane in contact with another Covid positive person dont expect your case to be urgent enough for them to care. As a medical office you have a duty to provide the service you offer not turn people away at the door 30min after you opened. So they are telling me that you open doors at 8am and within 30 min they have reached thier limit. You are there to help, this is a pandemic and we are in the begining stage of a surge on a surge and you are playing with peoples lives!! THAT IS JUST WRONG!!!! Oh and the receptionist said that its NOT a covid testing center. But the site says otherwise.

The worst experience I ever had. I had to wait an hour and half to see the Dr. Poor service , mean Dr. I will never come to this place again. Rather go to Jersey city Medical center. No respect to the concerns of the patient.
