Depend on Doctor available. I used to recommend this place. However, my last visit was the worst! I walked in with complaints of cough and other syptoms. The Doctor was extremely short. Her ultimate recommendation was to lay down and drink plenty of water. I was appalled because I was in GREAT distress. I went to for a second option. I was prescribed antibiotics and cough syrup. Bottom Line. This placed NEEDS a thorough investigation! It's extremely inhumane and barbaric treatment. Poor front desk crew does not have a clue. They probably think they are putting you in good hands they are putting you in the worst care. #Don'tRecommend

On Saturday April 13th 2019 I took my 8 year old son to this CityMD on Fordham Road due to a very high fever, vomiting, not eating or drinking. A rather young looking doctor comes into the room and literally does a 1 minute exam. Hardly Looked in both ears, hardly looked in his mouth, swabbed his nose for the flu, pushed on his stomach and that was it. Writes him off as a viral illness and that he will be fine in 24 hours tells me to keep the fever down because when she checked, it was 102.5. (And she had to google how much dosage of Tylenol to give him because of his weight) says were done and sends us out the door. I remind her he’s vomiting and just can’t keep anything down. But insists he’ll be ok. The next day he’s even worst so at 8am I’m In the pediatric emergency room with him because of the same symptoms.. long story short CITYMD IS FULL OF SHIT. They give the wrong diagnosis, can’t take the time to truly examine someone.. my son had so much junk in his bad ear they couldn’t see anything and had to dig it out. So how can she say it’s all clear and fine in the 1 second she looked in his ear???. He has a very bad throat and ear infection that he’s still struggling with because they failed him. Don’t trust that place.. get a second opinion especially if your still feeling the same way the next day. What she should have done was refer him to someone else or send him to the ER because she couldn’t do her job right. And her name is Antoinette Martinez PA
