This was my third time going to this urgent care location. Overall my experiences have been fine. On this particular visit my nurse was very unfriendly and almost rude to me, making me feel very unwelcome. It is advertised on the Urgent Care website that physical exams are a provided service. I do not currently have a PCP and require a physical for volunteer work. Upon telling the nurse my reason for coming in she became frustrated because I wasn't given a physical form to be filled out from my employer, and she openly belittled me because I did not have a form with me. Then she rushed through my vitals and made me feel very uncomfortable. Based on the treatment I received this visit I will not be returning to this location.

Head manager Alex of facility is unprofessional and not qualified to run facility . Doctors, nurses and 99 percent of staff is great but unfortunately can't go back if Alex is running the facility. Can't be accountable for any reason and in so many words called me a liar .

The staff are friendly but the Doctor was bad, my son had a rapid test negative on the other facility we came in because he was not getting better they did rapid test again and waited 15minutes for result it was negative. The Doctor came in didnt even come close to my son didnt check his throat, his lungs his ears and neck for lymp nodes, i told him negative twice and he has dry cough maybe a flu or strep throat. Right away said its covid you need pcr 2-5 days result. Go home and quarantine, the whole family and we are all fully vaccinated. The PCR came in and he is negative. Im bringing him to primary doctor now.
