Brought my grandson who I was caring for in with an awful rash And on going stomach virus symptoms. Not thinking, I didn’t have a permission to treat letter from his parents, one who was out of the country. The receptionist kind of treated me like I was doing something very wrong, and let me know it was an hour before closing time so I needed to get his parents to call and get permission to treat ASAP. When I finally got hold of his dad on my cell she told me we don’t usually accept cell phone calls, than took my cell phone grudgingly. All this after twenty minutes of texting and chasing a sick baby around the waiting room. Then she made sure to tell me she was sick last week so I may want to sanitize my hands. Totally unprofessional, no warm words or help from this one. I understand she was doing her job informing me of the rules, but a little compassion goes a long way. The doctor was very nice and helpful. The facility is clean and efficient. After my experience however, I don’t think I will ever go back . Customer service should come first and a little compassion goes a long way. It was a very bad day and she just added to it. The other patients in the waiting room did a lot more to help me than she did. Too bad, now I will drive to Concord for help if needed. Deanna Hillsgrove

She did have a U TI. If they would ha e raking the time to test her there it would of have saved my Mom alot of $$ and 6 hour visit to the ER. Very unprofessional!!!!
