I had been sick for five days by the time I decided to go to urgent care. I made an appointment online, uploaded all the necessary documents and arrived at the appointment for the time I selected. The receptionist was pleasant and offered a seat. Also informed me I could sit in my car if I would be more comfortable. I waited only about 15 minutes beyond my appointment time and was called into the exam room. The medical assistant was friendly and professional and told me what I could expect. She started with vitals and then swabbed me for Covid and flu. She made sure to tell me it would take about 15 minutes to process both. The Physician’s Assistant examined and diagnosed me. He explained the medications he was calling in, in a caring and professional manner. My overall experience was an A+. I will be returning. I just hope no time soon.

I made an appt online. I arrived and was greeted by a friendly receptionist. I waited for 30 minutes before I was called in. A nurse or technician was friendly , took my vitals and swabbed me for Covid and flu. She said the results would take 20-30minutes and the doctor would be in shortly. After waiting another 40 minutes I left. My time is just as precious as theirs. Terrible way to run a facility. I won’t return there.

Made an appointment online was rudely greeted and received. Once received I was put into an exam room and swabbed for COVID and Flu. Waited for an extended period to find out tests were positive and chest x-rays could not be performed until the following day. Sent home after informing doctor of pharmacy and location for medication pick-up. Precsriptions never called into Pharmacy. The following day I went for my chest x-ray and to request medications be called into Pharmacy because they were not called in yesterday. Well still havent been called in and was supposed to start medication yesterday. Attempted to call, lines busy supposedly more than 10 callers ahead of me so left a number for call back. No call No medications. Place is unorganized to the point of being disfunctional and is in need of reorganization or closure.
