The doctor was wonderful. The checkout girl was wonderful.  The gentleman who did my vitals was wonderful.  Everybody was warm and welcoming. The girl working the front desk, checking people in not so much. Quite rude. Just my observations everybody else was wonderful.

Woke up with ear pain. Went to urgent care and they made it so easy. The paperwork was a little time consuming but I hadn’t been there in a while so it’s understandable that I had to update everything. The doctor was easy to talk to and the nurse make you feel cared for and truly listen to what you have to say. My experience was really good. Definitely will be keeping them in mind next time I don’t feel good.

Not as great as usual. The staff is usually kind and caring and helpful. The front desk staff was amazing as always. I Came straight from work throwing up. Got a Covid and Flu test. Told them I also had a sore throat. Didn't get to mention the screaming headache because I was rushed out. I felt like I was inconveniencing them. They gave me a note for work for the rest of the day. Really needed one for today as well because I was so weak that I couldn't stay awake today. I usually leave happy with my care, but this was less than their best effort. I will probably call ZocDoc or Dr House and complete my visit with them because I do not feel like having to go back and waste another $25
