Great place for urgent care issues. I have utilized this facility before. Would recommend to others.

Was easy to schedule an appointment same day and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I did have to wait about 40 minutes after my appointment time to be seen, which wasn't great, but once they took me back, they were attentive and I didnt wait too long in the room.

Had an infection that was just getting worse and worse. Finally went to Coastal and was nervous about it. But I was treated promptly and professionally and everything was explained very clearly for my non medical mind. Thanks!

Rooms were disgusting and had handprints all over everything, Walgreens blood pressure cuff is not accurate. Otherwise the NP was fantastic!

I walked in without an appointment to be seen for a sore throat and congestion. The staff at check in were very kind and helpful. The wait was a little over an hour but they were busy and I was a walk in, so I didn't mind. The nurse was very sweet and apologized for my wait. She took my information and completed two swabs for flu and COVID. She explained that once the results were available the provider would see me. The nurse practitioner came in and she was very kind. She listened to my complaints and provided a thorough exam. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable. She explained the treatment plan and encouraged me to come back in for a follow up if not better in a week. The entire experience was great. I wouldn't definitely recommend this facility to anyone needing urgent care.

Employment drug testing and this was the first time I had been there.

Brought my elderly mother in for possible infection.  April and the entire staff were friendly and very knowledgeable. I will definitely recommend!

I think this clinic treats me odd because I've gone in previously for migraine pain.  Should be treated with the same level of care each time I go in. I think they attempted to turn me away except decided to ask me odd question to “see if they could treat me” put the same information on the intake form.  Pretty sure going in for conjunctivitis is pretty regular thing.  A mom going in for help with migraine pain doesn’t automatically make her a drug seeker. Thank goodness my eyes didn’t hurt because if I had expressed pain they would have sent me on my merry way. Provider looked at me for all of 3 minutes left with no paper work. Atleast I got antibiotics, but I don’t like being treated that way. Would you have treated other people that way ? Or just the ones diagnosed with chronic illness that have walked in your doors in pain before. Or Would you have just look at their eyes to see if they had a possible infection, or a scratch. I don’t recommend.
