The person doing the test and administration was fantastic and incredibly helpful, without her it would have been a disaster. Your website is designed by someone who does not even know that anywhere exists outside the USA…..my ethnicity and the ethnic group of my parents? Then your site can’t even cope with a non US cellphone number or an address outside the US…..All that for an eye watering $129….. it only costs $35 in Europe. An experience never to be forgotten for all the wrong reasons. Thank you.

Was told the PCR test would take 5 days. Week goes by and no response. After much searching I find a phone number and call them and they say the PCR is taking 10 days. Ridiculous. They could have at least posted a notice online. Kids are missing school and people are missing flights and they just ignore the problem

THIS SITE IS A LIE. This place is NOT open all day. They close from 1:30 - 4:00 and IF you and an appointment and IF you are in line BEFORE your appointment time. BUT the person in front of you finishes AFTER 1:30. You will be told to come back at 4pm. What a joke!! The website is even worse! I recommend that you register and have your QR code on your phone PRIOR to arriving. Otherwise you risk getting kicked out of line. I'm so disgusted. I wasted precious work time today and now I have to go back.
