I have been going here for two years and love the nurse practitioner! She’s the best and I highly recommend her.

I am a testicular cancer survivor and I only went in to get my anxiety medication restarted. I was convinced to switch to a different medication than the one I was used to based on a lie that it would not have the same side effects as the other medication I was on. However, according to the drug manufacturers website it does in fact have the EXACT same side effects and cost 10 times as much (300$) which was not told to me during the appointment. I told them during the appointment that I don't have insurance and cannot afford an expensive medication the one I was originally on was very cheap ($30). I called and left an angry voicemail because I was having a panic attack based on the price of the drug which I would now have to go without. When I was contacted the next day I immediately apologized and told them that I had a panic attack. The woman who who called me was extremely confrontational, combative, and rude even though I had apologized IMMEDIATELY and was trying to explain my side of things in a calm and friendly manner and asked her to put herself in my shoes. Instead she said "I was trying to make sense out of nonsense" then put me on hold and spoke to a doctor who told her that they don't just give out medication because a patient requested it even though the nurse practitioner literally told me it was my choice which one I wanted and instead of doing the right thing they want me to pay an additional $75 for another appointment and take more time out of work for a prescription that I should have gotten the first appointment. I will admit that I told the woman who was being rude and combative and abusive to go to hell and called her a b**** which I still stand by I think she's a horrible person and should not be working in healthcare because she clearly has no intention of helping anybody. She literally called me looking for conflict and told me Google is not a doctor when i mentioned that I looked up the new medications side effects (again I got these from the manufacturers website and not google). I would suggest anyone reading this to make up their own mind but ultimately I would warn to stay away from this soulless facility unless you want to get ripped off and treated like an asshole. Again I am a testicular cancer survivor I don't deserve this s*** you guys should be ashamed of yourselves I would not wish this level of piss poor care on anyone
