Went in because my husband was having trouble breathing and also had some issues with his heart. The Emergency rooms around town are packed with Covid Cases (both vaccinated and unvaccinated patients) and he needed to see a Dr to look at him. This is a Saturday so he couldn’t all his heart doctor. They wouldn’t let him be seen because it was 2 pm & they said they signed up the last patient for the day at 1 pm. They don’t close until 4 pm but they couldn’t look at my husband because we “got there too late to be seen”. This is the 2nd time I’ve had issues with Compass Care in Mobile where it concerns my family and it seems they really don’t care about the people who sincerely need help. I’m not happy at all with their service - it’s not about the patient, it seems to be about the doctors and their convenience.

My daughter was injured on her eye lid at one of the local. businesses. Blood was everywhere. Took her here, the doctor came into the room, never put his hands on her or anything. Said he could glue but the glue could get into her eye. I made make shift ice pack with napkins. Never offered her a ice pack water dripped everywhere. They literally did nothing.
