The wait time was longer than I expected. But the staff informed me they were shorthanded. Once I got to my room, it went fast. I rated the cleanliness low only because the restroom I used was not clean and the toilet was not flushed. Otherwise the rest of the facility was very clean. The physical therapist that was standing in for a nurse was wonderful. I didn’t get her name. Also, the doctor was very thorough and knowledgeable. He didn’t seem to be in a hurry at all and took the time to answer any questions. Very polite. I will be back, (if needed).
