I have a migraine that is a known issue and has been treated before-there is clearly a migraine that is caused from stress and menstrual cycle. I tried to get seen to allow for a prescription to ease/release the pain and was told..”we can’t do that you must come on.” I currently can’t drive the pain is so bad, when I shared this, the nurse or intake representative dismissed me and said no other options are available

Completed the paperwork for an online virtual appointment for a workers comp injury and waited online for the call to start, just to be (rudely) told they don't accept worker's comp injury appointments. The person on the call was unhelpful and could have had a lot better bed side manner when speaking to an injured person that was just seeking medical care. Really disappointed.

Just felt like doctor wasn't brimming with confidence. I think I have pretty consistent symptoms of lymes disease but got better info Google. He did not ask any questions just waited for us to lead the conversation. Nice doctor but I did not leave anymore educated then when the session started. He did ask if we had others question at the end. At this point I would say the benefit was getting the antibiotics prescribed remotely.
