I had an appointment but I still had to wait for other walk-ins. I was taken back well after my appointment time The front desk person was not very friendly. The first tech couldn't draw my blood and had to yell across the hall for someone else. I was relieved that Tina came and got my blood right away, but it wasn't very professional.

The lady at the registration desk is polite and is very efficient. The technician is also polite and efficient. Her skill for taking blood samples are extremely good. I've never had to wait a long time before being called to the registration desk, nor going into room for tests

Computnet's staff is always efficient and courteous. The process is efficient and you are in and out in no time. Keep up the good work - it is appreciated. Check in is OK. Sometimes problems with the sign in or the seniors who are not computer savvy!! Wsit time in the morning is relatively short and reasonable.

I was seen quickly. In and out in 15 minutes. The tech was very nice. Happy to get to work on time!
