The phlebotomist was very pleasant and did a fine job, didn’t get his name.very nice. Cost wasn’t discussed. Would recommend because parking is easier than at St Elizabeth’s. Dr did.

Unfortunately I was greeted by someone very rude. She treated me in such a rude manner making me feel uncomfortable. I am 67 years old and don't appreciated being treated that way. Thanks God the phlebotomist that withdrawal my blood was nice.

The process was so quick and efficient, and the staff was very friendly and polite.

I went here on Drs order to have many blood tests at the same time I sat and waited over an hour as I watched 10 others go ahead of me who I watched sign in after me. The staff gave me no explanation as to why I was skipped over so many times I had to ask what was going on. The answer I got was oh well your Dr ordered a lot of tests staff is still looking over your paperwork!! This is unacceptable at a place that all they do is take blood testing. Once I was finally called back after over an hour of waiting. The young lady who drew my blood was vey knowledgeable and friendly, she double checked to make sure she had all the tubes she needed which I believe was 10. Explained what she was doing when she was doing it was nothing but professional. As for the staff at the check in they should have let me know why I had to keep waiting without me asking. I seriously thought I maybe got lost in the shuffle of people. Other than that yes I would go back to get bloodwork done again. The check in was somewhat ok after I filled in everything on the sign yourself in thing. Then the receptionist said oh I can check you in. Like why didn’t you tell me that before I just did all that? Yes even with the issues I would recommend CompuNet as my Dr says they are the only place that can seem to get all my bloodwork completed and correct.

The staff is friendly and professional. Minimal wait time as I booked an appointment online. Check-in process was convenient. Everything went well. Good service, you'd like it here.
