COVID-19 testing done at car. Went well.

Other than the confirmed sent Doctor order for the Covid-19 test (which was misplaced by Computer-Net), everything else was fine. That error could have delayed my procedure. Organization and accountability are key criteria I would think.

App phone number doesn’t work. Phone listed on door visible from parking lot but if you don’t park as close as possible the staff won’t come out to your car. The sidewalk for staff is not clear causing hazard s for staff as they try to travel out to cars for paperwork and tests. No explanation about need to park close when I called to check in. Resulted in long wait before I called a second time. Staff were very pleasant and efficient once service got started.

The staff person was so efficient yet very friendly and didn’t make you feel rushed.
