Great staff. Always professional.

The staff was very nice and accommodating due to my veins not wanting to cooperate. When I started to feel fatigued they stopped immediately and got me water and fanned me to cool me off. They joked and kept my mind occupied while they tried again to get blood. The staff knew when they needed help and asked for assistance so they didn’t have to stick me a bunch of times.

It was a good experience. Wait time was around 25 Minutes and the checkin computer could not be used. However, the receptionist was efficient and friendly. There was a common agreement in the waiting room among some of the people that a sign stating that it is suggested to make an appointment on the busiest days of Monday or Friday. Many did not know an appointments could be made period. Thank uou gor a great staff.

Very good experience and friendly staff

This lab in the past was horrible. Impersonal rude to the point that I would drive to a far location to avoid end springboro location. Today was a good experience i hope it continues as the past has been horrible

Usually it takes many times for someone to get blood from me, but the staff member I had was able to get it on the first try. She was also very positive and kind. I had a great experience with her.

I asked for the best phlebotomist, but Ch Kristian tried twice and the next gal got it on her second stick.
