the young lady who did my lab work was very friendly and informative. I couldn’t believe I could not feel not even a stick. The staff here is really professional and friendly. This is why I come here!!

Seemed to wait longer than usual. Walked in and there were two people waiting in seating area; no one was behind counter. After a while, those two walked out. An employee entered from outside and was let in the office are by another. And I waited. Employee back at desk. Told her other two left. I’m back and giving blood in no time now. Employee friendly, professional, and apologetic for my wait. Don’t know what was happening today, but it wasn’t the normal experience. I’ll be back though.

Visit was great as always. Made an online appointment and was taken back at my time even though the lobby was full of people who did not have an appointment. Young lady who did my draw was very pleasant and efficient

Every time blood started flowing in the tube, the assistant would move the needle, then dig around some more until the blood flowed again. This happened 3 times. My first time with this particular assistant.

The volume was unexpectedly very high the morning I went but I feel staff handled it well. I will make sure I schedule ahead for my next visit.

My order wasn't sent in by provider. Chris at the front desk was very nice and let me know as soon as the order showed up. The two women who took my blood were great too. I don't remember their names.
