I was blown away when I realized the tech was on FaceTime while drawing my son’s blood. I heard a noise and wasn’t sure what it was. Then looked over and saw her phone was propped up, facing me and I could see and hear the person on the other end. The only ‘verifying’ she did was she called his first name from the lobby and when we got back in the room she said ‘are you here for Dr Taylor?’ No verifying of last name or birthday. Then she left the tubes on the table next to the chair unlabeled and went back to her phone as we were getting up to walk out. Not pleased at all with this experience and I’ve never had a bad experience with compunet with myself or my kids. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else as we felt she couldn’t care less and was more worried about her phone.

Amy T was the person who took care of me. She listened to what I had to say and did an amazing job! Requesting her from now on. Last time I was there I had three people poking me not getting anything. Thank you Amy!

I was welcomed into the clinic, nobody waiting and the receptionist took care of me checking in. Signed a document so she could provide this information/results to my other doctors, no problem. I sat down and within a minute I was called back my correct name no issues with her saying it. She was great and very professional taking my blood. Yes I would return to this location.
