Horrible! I would never go there ever again. Staff was abrupt and rude. The medical assistant never changed her gloves or washed her hands. She used the same gloves for my urine dip and then touched the computer. She was very nasty! I was brought into a dirty exam room with a used exam table with the previous patient's gown on it. The physician assistant didn't even do a full exam but checked it off on my paperwork! Not one person had on an ID (except the PA) and nobody introduced themselves! When I checked out, the woman at the desk also had an attitude. I told her that my age was wrong but my birthday was right and she said no big deal. They all spoke Spanish there and I understood them. The woman at check out said I have an attitude but in Spanish which I speak. Is this how medical professionals act? The place was dirty and the staff was appalling! I am ashamed to think that these people are colleagues of mine? Yes, I am a nurse and I would never, ever act this way! I wouldn't bring my dead cat here! It was the worst experience of my life! Ashamed to think this is healthcare!
