You have either a PA or doctor who has unfairly caused a patient to be out of work for a month because of a so called sleep study that never needed to be done for a simple DOT card. Now she needs to be talked to. The by laws for a Dot states that a sleep apnea test is not a requirement for the card. She put this client through hell. He did the sleep apnea test and the tech actually lied on the paperwork, stating he had said things he didn’t say. This woman needs to be stopped. I will warn everyone about her and to stay away from your clinic. Either she’s taking kick backs from the sleep apnea clinics or something is up, because he got his Dot card going through another doctor and was never asked about this study. If something isn’t done about her then I’m going to the Arizona Board of Physicians and filing a complaint.
