I went here back in July to get antibiotics for a simple UTI, because it was nearby and it was in network. Four months later, we received a bill for lab results that I did not ask for and was not informed about, and were billed to an out of network laboratory. When we tried to discuss it with the manager over the phone, she was incredibly incompetent and rude, and continuously interrupted. My husband suggested he come to speak to her in person about it, and she threatened to call the police. This urgent care office is unethical, unprofessional, and an absolute joke.
