This is not a proper urgent care facility, seems more like they specialize in employment drug testing. Don't come here if you're looking to get care, or don't have at least 2 hours to wait. I've been struggling with recurrent UTIs and came here this afternoon after testing positive on a couple different OTC UTI tests (CVS & AZO) with sharp pain on my side and the usual UTI symptoms. The lobby was empty when I arrived, and it took 30 minutes to be taken back into the room, where I waited another 45 minutes alone. Then, a male doctor came in and told me that UTIs are a common "women's issue" and that "most women" deal with it by drinking cranberry juice and getting "that AZO stuff," both of which I had already done. When I asked if he could look at the sharp pain on my side, he shrugged and said it happens to women and that I should just take ibuprofen, as I would not be getting antibiotics from him for my UTI. Then he made a comment about how my jewelry looked cheap before ushering me out. I presume this may be the same sexist doctor referenced in other reviews, as he kept saying "women" in a derogatory way and was incredibly dismissive.
