I came in to have a thorn removed from my finger and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and kind! The wait time was super short, and I came in so nervous for treatment but both professionals who saw me were incredibly kind and really helped me feel at ease. The actual procedure to get the thorn removed was quick and done with the utmost care by the nurse practitioner, and I felt so much better by the time I left. I would definitely recommend this provider and return to it for any future needs.

Really great experience at this urgent care. The staff was all great, it was not a long wait, and they took great care of me. Would highly recommend.

My recent urgent care visit was frustrating due to the self-service check-in system. Patients are expected to do everything themselves, including scanning documents, while staff at the front desk sit and wait. This setup feels impersonal and not very user-friendly. Not everyone is in a position to manage this process easily. Some patients may feel too sick, have difficulty using technology, or simply have a dead phone. In those moments, human assistance matters. Healthcare should prioritize care and accessibility, not remove human interaction. Unfortunately, this system feels unfriendly and creates unnecessary stress for patients.

Was not feeling well for several days. My sinuses hurt, mild fever, chills and achy. I stopped by and was given a intake right away. Three mintue wait to be seen and examined. I have a sinus infection. Prescription was faxed to nearby pharmacy. Saved me from a 7 hour ER lobby wait. I highly recommend this facility. They are very professional and friendly.

Was easily able to schedule a same day appt and be seen quickly, but I do not feel I was accurately diagnosed.

Scheduling was easy and nice to complete in person. The receptionist was great and so was the staff and care with good results and advice

I was taken into a waiting room. I had my blood pressure and temperature taken and was told someone would be in to see me in a few minutes. While I was in the waiting room three people were ahead of me. They all came out and noone was in the waiting when I was taken in. I waited 45 minutes in room 8. I finally had enough of the abuse of waiting when noone else was even there. I Wil never use your place again.

Office staff is outstanding! Would highly recommend this facility. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and a pleasure to be with
