I was a walk-in, found a helpful friendly staff, super clean office and pretty quick check-in procedure.  Saw someone right away and was in and out in probably 25 minutes.  A very good experience overall.

Went in with an eye irritation and was in and out in 20 minutes. The staff was friendly, professional, and well mannered. Scheduling was incredible easy and quick. The facility was clean and well put together.

Needed x-rays for a broken bone and thought I’d try the new “Convenient” MD urgent care over the long weekend to avoid wait time and higher prices at the hospital. Should have gone to the hospital because there was no radiology tech scheduled for another two days and they told me to come back then. Came back two days later and the staff was very nice but after three more days of no report to my PCP, I stopped back in, only to learn that no radiologist’s report was ever uploaded to my file and they had no idea why or how to find it. Because it was the weekend, they were unable to call a manager for assistance. It’s now been one week since the x-rays and 9 days since I first stopped in, and I am no further along toward getting answers. There has been nothing “convenient“ about this experience, but at least the facility is new and clean with nice enough people.

I thought I had a toe infection and apparently I did. Anitbiotics and directions on how to care for my toe were well explained. All very professional.

Newly constructed facility in West Lebanon, NH with excellent design (Check-In Kiosks, ample seating, convenient bathroom and reception area) with friendly, helpful and attentive staff. Isabella from the Keene, NH Office an hour away contact led me by phone for Check-in issues and processing while the on-site staff was informative about wait times and processing. Online record, insurance and ID submission was convenient and straightforward while the health check and admission/ appointment itself was thoughtful, thorough and competent. The Facility is an excellent addition to the area, conveniently located, accessible and well managed with more staff and features (on duty nurses for greater testing options and administration) coming as they fully open and begin to acclimate to routine operation. Overall highly recommended for Urgent Care and a welcome addition to the surrounding amenities!

We brought our daughter her because she was fussing a lot. From the moment we came in the person checking us in was very kind! We got in quickly for one of these kind of places. The nurse and doctor were so kind & helped us out a lot. And quickly. I would definitely recommend going to this one!

Very good experience and knowledgeable doctor and staff. The only thing that was not great was that th doctor did say he would prescribe a preventative medication to be picked up at the same time as my other prescription. Not feeling well, I did Not realize that he had not called in the preventative medicine until I got home.

I had a great experience this morning at Convenient MD in West Lebanon this morning.  Very easy to schedule an appointment online and had no wait time on a Saturday morning.  Staff were all very friendly and professional.

Was a walk in on a Saturday morning. Got right in. Very professional and courteous. Beautiful new facility in a very convenient location. Highly recommended.
