The business needs more MD’s and/or PA’s. Wait time (an hour) is to long, the PA or nurse practitioner was fine, diagnosed the issues, wrote a script, all good

The NP was nice and attentive to concerns. My daughter had a good experience with the staff and we were in and out quickly.

Ear completely blocked after unsuccessful home attempt at removing ear wax  Made an appt in line , filled out all necessary paperwork on line Walked in , waited maybe 5 min And was seen by a truly wonderful group of professionals who resolved my blocked ear and sent me on my way within an hour

I have to say it was a very pleasant experience. They were quick, attentive, and listened to my concerns.

Booked my appointment and arrived early as directed. Got right in too my appointment ahead of my booked time and out early.  Thanks for the help

The sign in process can be tedious if the internet is not working. Otherwise the staff were all professional and compassionate

I have a family member I am caring for with a severe bacterial pneumonia and a daughter with strep throat and have come down with symptoms of bacterial infection myself. Step test was negative which I acknowledge but the doctor (or possibly PA?) was too quickly k to assume it was not bacterial, but rather viral, told me to take otc antihistamines though I have no stuffy nose, and sent me on my way after a 5 min, $175 consultation. What a waste of time, my effort and money for absolutely nothing.

Made 8 am appt night before. Seen at 8:10 am and done by 8:30 am. Very clean facility. Provider was very knowledgeable and professional. Will be back if another issue warrants.

Exceptional experience from check in to follow up. It was easy to make an appointment at a convenient time. The receptionist, technician, and care giver were all very pleasant and helpful. It was the most efficient health care experience I've ever had. Mark was terrific in following up and assuring an appropriate treatment plan was in place. We could only hope that all health care providers were as professional, efficient, and caring as ConvenientMD.

I was on my way to vacation in Canada and felt symptoms of an ear infection. We found the nearest urgent care and it was ConvenientMD. I got in, no trouble. Got a proper diagnosis and the meds I needed so I could continue on my vacation with the infection treated. Staff were kind, thoughtful, pleasant, and great listeners. Great experience!
