I walked in with pain in my knee and waited nearly an hour for someone to come in. Just as I was deciding to leave, the provider walked in. she was fine. didn't even touch me - suggested advil and had someone bring me a brace. The brace did not stay on my leg 5 minutes! I can only wear it in bed when I'm not moving. The pain is still there, and received a generic, untransparent bill for almost $300 that my insurance company rejected because it said NOTHING. and I still have the pain. it is impossible to reach someone on the phone - I think I requested an itemized bill from the BOT, but I haven't seen anything. Super annoyed, and will not be back unless there's an emergency - but then I would go to the ER. Thanks for taking my money just fine, though. a little transparency would be nice - what does a visit cost? why don't you itemize the bill, if insurance won't cover a generic bill? This was an awful experience - I'm glad at least that the provider was nice...

Booked an appointment waited 30 minutes passed my appointment to be seen. What’s the point of booking an appointment if you aren’t seen at that time? Kinda defeats the whole purpose. I could just go to the ER if I wanted to guesstimate when I would be seen.
