I called the front desk prior to arriving to see how long of a wait there was going to be...I was told they weren't very busy and to come right down ,which I did...The young girl at the front desk was very sweet...I signed in and waited to be called...People that came in after me were being taken back before me..When I finally got called back I was deposited in a room for 40 minutes without seeing any sort of medical provider..I finally opened the door and WOW!! There sat the NP and the MD..I inquired as to how much longer my wait would be..The NP was clearly annoyed that I was even questioning her..The MD kindly said, has anyone triaged you yet, to which my answer was NO.. The NP entered the room like she was the queen of Cortland county..She was rude and extremely unfriendly..I know a few people that have gotten good care there...I wasn't one of them...I will say, I was in and out in 60 minutes..She couldn't wait to get rid of me....

Worst experience ever. I should have taken my daughter back to Long Island for an office visit and back No kidding I would have saved time. Very slow and it seems they pride themselves with it. Very creepy to enjoy watching sick people suffer and wait don’t you think.

I would give this place a -1. They treat patient that don’t feel well horribly. They make them wait hours especially college students who don’t have that type of time to wait. Even when you get called into a room it’s another long wait. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else.

Unless you have nothing to do for the rest of the day DON’T COME HERE. Minimum 2 hour wait for sinus infection. What’s worse is they know college students and parents have minimal options. So all the germs fester together for 2+ hours. That’s great health care 😡. Come in for one symptom and leave with many others. Ludicrous. They need a better scheduling process. Don’t take money and vitals and make sick patients wait 2 hours Sooo wrong
