No wait time. Staff was very efficient and quick. The Dr. was very knowledgeable, he explained everything that he was doing. I received excellent, quick care.

I wasn't walked through what was happening at all. I've no experience with speculums, so I was very caught off guard when I saw the doctor preparing it. The experience itself was confusing and stressful. I would have appreciated having a conversation first, detailing what they were going to do, how, why, etc. As a young female who has little experience with these routine vaginal exams, I would have liked to have been asked if I've visited a gynecologist, if I've done a pap smear, used a speculum, and very other BASIC questions. I didn't appreciate how it was simply expected that I knew what was happening and why/how the vaginal exam was going to be done. In the moment, I didn't know why the speculum was being used or when they were going to insert it. I was nervous, so it's also my fault for not asking questions. Yet I believe verbal explanations of what is happening with your body during an exam is extremely basic bedside manner.

Went after a hard fall on my knee. I was helped by friendly staff who answered all my questions, had xrays and an answer all within a 2 hour window. I would definitely recommend them.

My second visit to the urgent care was very pleasant. The doctor was very empathetic and said he was “sorry he couldn’t cure me.” The young woman was running her legs off trying to answer the phone and take care of patients. She was pleasant to each person in spite of being so rushed. Another employee was really necessary.

The doctor talked over me, didn’t listen to what I was saying, and clearly misdiagnosed me. She wasn’t letting me speak and just didn’t pay attention to any of my concerns. Terrible.
