Going to Dawson Urgent Care was very easy.  Everyone was very friendly.  Each staff member that I interacted with was very intelligent and able to address my concerns and answer my questions.  In the end, I was very happy that I had not waited to address my issues. It put my mind at ease.  Thank you to all.

Scheduling was super easy. The Nurse Practitioner was friendly and helpful. I simply had to wait a while to see her. I would still recommend this urgent care center.

I had smashed my finger in a car door. It had separated the nail I went. There was immediately seen great friendly people knowledgeable make sure I was okay I made sure I was comfortable. Gave me pillows a drink and offered crackers. Very nice people.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. This was my first visit, and they had me in and out in less than an hr. She was very informative and explained everything thoroughly. They were all very courteous and I would gladly refer them to others and I will be going back again when needed.

Waited an hour past appointment time. Seemed to take 40 minutes to enter and return insurance cards.
